Expourense."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tuve la oportunidad de asistir al 17\u00ba Sal\u00f3n Internacional de Turismo Gastron\u00f3mico, Xantar celebrado en Expourense. Dentro de dicho evento fui invitado por la organizaci\u00f3n al Encuentro de Bloggers y tambi\u00e9n por parte de la Conseller\u00eda de Mar mediante PescadeR\u00edas a diversos showcookings. Tratare de resumir un poco esta grat\u00edsima experiencia y pido disculpas si me olvido de algo o alguien pero es que fueron dos d\u00edas repletos de sensaciones y emociones.<\/p>\n<p>El jueves por ma\u00f1ana con un d\u00eda de sol precioso part\u00ed en tren de Coru\u00f1a con mis compa\u00f1eras de aventuras Mar\u00eda P\u00e9rez Pati\u00f1o de <a href=\"http:\/\/desayunacoruna.weebly.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Desayuna Coru\u00f1a<\/a> y Tere Rico Exposito de <a href=\"http:\/\/unmomentodulce-tererico.blogspot.com.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Un momento dulce<\/a>, sin las cuales esta experiencia no ser\u00eda la misma. Os animo a coger el tren por que en poco m\u00e1s de una hora os pon\u00e9is en la preciosa Auria y es una maravilla de ciudad que os invito a conocer.<\/p>\n<p>Tras un delicioso paseo por la zona monumental nos dirigimos a Expourense donde empezamos fuerte, con Luc\u00eda Freitas de A Tafona de Santiago donde nos regalo unos cuidadosos bocados de mar no en vano era una acto de PescadeR\u00edas. Una mezcla de quesos gallegos, con membrillo, helado de membrillo y galletas de nata coronado por una teja de pasta filo. Ah\u00ed nos regalaron una botella de AOVE de las tierras gallegas. Monterrei donde catamos cuatro vinos, dos blancos y dos tintos. Un blanco de 2015 a base de Treixadura y Godello y otro de 2012 con ese poso que da el reposo. Lamentablemente no dispongo de foto de los hermosos costillares que se llevo.<\/p>\n<p>Y como broche de oro en stand de Morelos -Mexico nos deleitaron con una cena a base de platos de cocina mejicana maridado con el D.O. Ribeiro Alberte. Hacen buena pareja. Empezamos con unas chalupas de morelos con setas y aguacate. Todos estos platos fueron maridados con Ribeiro de la mano de Nacho Costoya que aparte de saber mucho de vinos consigue transmitir todo lo que sabe de manera sencilla y amena.<a
